Ultimate Pantry Collection

Our full pantry range includes marinades, spice blends, sauces and now dressings – the kind of things that do a lot with very little. Each brings Ottolenghi layers, but in a jar that’s ready when you are.

In our Miso Pesto, caramelised onion and miso come together, adding umami-packed depth to a traditional pesto, while the rich smokiness of our Roasted Aubergine Sauce elevates your pasta dishes. This set includes marinades, from Shawarma to Preserved Lemon, to infuse both meat and veggies, bringing warming spice or a salty-sour kick. Or bring the deli counter to your table with our Orange Marmalade Dressing and Honey Mustard Dressing – good on salads, roasted vegetables, and everything in between. Reach for Sticky Date & Tamarind Sauce to add tang and sweetness to stews or sandwiches.
