Black chickpeas are the rebels of the legume world – firmer, nuttier, more toothsome. We got together with Bold Bean and thought about all the best ingredients to cook with black chickpeas (really, the ingredients that transform any basic pantry into our get-out-of-dinner-free cards). Perfect for our black and white hummus, or just trying to cobble together something delicious after a long day.
