COMFORT Ingredients Set

This is comfort food, Ottolenghi-style. Comfort is by four hungries—Yotam, Helen, Verena, and Tara—each bringing their own memories, childhoods, and travels with them to explore what comfort food means to them. We’ve gathered all the ingredients you need to cook from Comfort: condiments, spices, and toppings that celebrate food and home, the connections we make as we cook, and the dishes we pass on from generation to generation. Plus, these ingredients might be slightly tricky to find at your local shop.
