Product Description

Thuja ‘Golden Tuffet’ is a distinctive dwarf evergreen conifer that brings attractive foliage colour and compact structure to the garden throughout the year. Its naturally rounded, dome-shaped form creates a neat ornamental feature, making it an excellent choice for gardeners looking to introduce year-round interest without the need for extensive maintenance.

The foliage is one of this variety’s most appealing characteristics. Young growth displays warm golden-bronze tones, complemented by reddish twigs that add further depth and contrast. As the plant matures, it develops into a gently expanding mound of green and bronze foliage, with the colours becoming particularly rich and pronounced during the colder winter months.

Thanks to its slow-growing nature and attractive shape, Thuja ‘Golden Tuffet’ is well suited to smaller gardens, rockeries, gravel gardens, and mixed shrub borders. It also performs beautifully in decorative containers, where its rounded habit and changing foliage colours can be appreciated throughout the seasons.

This versatile conifer works particularly well alongside plants with contrasting green, silver, or purple foliage, helping to create visually interesting planting combinations. Its compact form makes it suitable for both contemporary and traditional garden designs, providing evergreen structure and seasonal colour with minimal upkeep.

With its distinctive bronze tones, naturally attractive shape, and dependable evergreen foliage, Thuja ‘Golden Tuffet’ is a rewarding addition to a wide range of outdoor spaces.
