Product Description

Add striking structure and colour to your garden with Taylors Allium ‘Christophii’ Bulbs. Often known as the ornamental onion, this beautiful variety is prized for its exceptionally large, rounded flower heads, made up of hundreds of delicate violet star-shaped flowers that create a dazzling display in early summer.

Although slightly shorter than many allium varieties, reaching around 60cm in height, ‘Christophii’ makes a dramatic impact when planted in groups through sunny borders, cottage gardens or gravel gardens. The nectar-rich flowers are highly attractive to bees and other pollinating insects, making them an excellent choice for wildlife-friendly planting.

The long-lasting blooms are also ideal for cutting, while the decorative seed heads continue to add architectural interest long after flowering has finished. Easy to grow and fully reliable, these bulbs return year after year to provide spectacular seasonal displays.
