Encourage Better Hydration

Cats can be attracted to moving water, and the Scruffs Icon Cat Fountain provides a continuous bubbling flow designed to encourage more frequent drinking. Maintaining good hydration is an important part of supporting your cat’s general health and wellbeing.

The fountain is powered by a quiet USB water pump, creating a gentle flow that’s particularly useful for nervous or apprehensive cats that may be disturbed by noisier fountains.

A built-in water purification filter helps remove debris, odours and impurities from tap water. The filtration system also helps soften water by reducing minerals such as magnesium and calcium, providing your cat with cleaner, fresher-tasting drinking water.

The fountain’s high lid is designed to minimise contact with sensitive whiskers, helping reduce whisker fatigue while your cat drinks. A spiral design across the top helps distribute the flowing water evenly.

Crafted from heavy stoneware, the fountain has the weight needed to help keep it securely positioned during use. Both the bowl and lid are dishwasher safe, making routine cleaning quick and convenient.

Filtration System

The Scruffs filtration system is designed to:

• Filter debris from your cat’s drinking water
• Help remove unwanted odours and impurities
• Soften tap water
• Reduce levels of magnesium and calcium
• Work alongside replaceable filter sponges to help keep water clean
• Allow replacement filters and sponges to be purchased separately
