For all the fiddly bits that require precision – peeling garlic, trimming herbs, the detailed work. Reach for this when you need control: slicing paper-thin rounds of lemons or tomatoes, segmenting citrus without catching the pith, removing eyes from potatoes. It’s light in your hand, with that same beautiful mottled handle made from our tahini, gochugang and yoghurt recycled tubs. The German steel, from family-run knife-makers in Solingen, holds its edge brilliantly, making even the most tedious prep work satisfying.
