Product Description
Bring dramatic colour and tropical character to your outdoor space with the Passiflora ‘Lavender Lady’ Passion Flower Climber Plant from New Leaf. Renowned for its richly coloured blooms and vigorous climbing habit, this beautiful passion flower variety creates a stunning feature against sunny walls, arches, fences, and pergolas.
The large flowers showcase rich violet-purple petals that gradually reflex as they mature, revealing an intricate centre of filaments and stamens that give the plant its unmistakable exotic appearance. Flowering freely during the warmer months, Passiflora ‘Lavender Lady’ creates a vibrant summer display before producing ornamental orange fruits in autumn for continued seasonal interest.
This fast-growing climbing plant is ideal for gardeners looking to add height and texture to borders or vertical planting schemes. Its twining stems quickly establish over sturdy supports such as trellis panels or wire frameworks, making it an excellent choice for covering walls and creating natural screening in sheltered gardens.
Suitable for planting directly into well-drained garden soil or growing in large patio containers, this passion flower climber thrives in a sunny, protected position. In colder areas of the UK, winter protection is recommended to help maintain healthy growth and encourage reliable flowering year after year.
