Product Description
Create layers of spring colour with the Kapiteyn Nectar Flowers Purple Collection. Crocus ‘Ruby Giant’ starts the display with violet-purple flowers close to the ground, followed by the soft pink, star-shaped blooms of Chionodoxa ‘Pink Giant’. These smaller flowers are ideal for bringing early colour to the front of a border.
Tulipa saxatilis introduces mauve-pink flowers with contrasting yellow centres, while Allium ‘Purple Sensation’ adds height with rounded heads of rich purple flowers in May and June. Together, the four varieties combine delicate ground-level colour with taller architectural blooms.
Plant in informal groups through a sunny border to enjoy the changing display as each variety flowers. With bulbs suitable for naturalising in favourable conditions, this mixed collection offers an attractive way to introduce repeat seasonal colour and flowers for visiting pollinators.

Care and Planting Tips
Plant from September to December in a sunny position with well-drained soil. Follow the packaging instructions for each variety, as planting depths and spacing may differ within the collection. Place shorter varieties towards the front of borders and taller alliums further back.
Water after planting and during prolonged dry spells while actively growing. Allow the foliage to die back naturally after flowering to help the bulbs store energy for the following season.
