Product Description
Hydrangea Groundbreaker® Ruby™ is a groundcover hydrangea with a unique low-growing, spreading habit. Rather than developing into a traditional large hydrangea shrub, it forms a neat mound that is perfect for filling planting spaces with colour while remaining compact.
From July through November, Groundbreaker® Ruby™ produces masses of conical flower clusters. The blooms develop through changing shades as the season progresses, creating a particularly attractive display that adds colour and interest from summer well into autumn.
Reaching approximately 30cm high and 60cm wide, this versatile hydrangea is suitable for gardens of all sizes. Use it as a colourful groundcover, in borders and containers, or plant several together to create a larger flowering display. Its hardy, resilient and low-maintenance nature also makes it an excellent choice for landscaping schemes.
