The Hard Lines Rwanda Kilimbi Ground Coffee is a carefully crafted specialty coffee produced in collaboration with growers working at the Kilimbi washing station on the shores of Lake Kivu. Accessible only by boat, this remote location contributes to the unique character and quality of the coffee.

Produced using a natural processing method, the coffee cherries are left intact during drying, allowing the fruit to infuse the beans with intense flavour. Over a 30-day period, the cherries are dried on raised beds, turned regularly under the sun, and protected at night to ensure even development and clarity of flavour.

The result is a beautifully layered cup with a creamy chocolate body, bright jammy berry notes, and a subtle warming finish reminiscent of sherry. It reflects both the terroir of Rwanda and the careful, hands-on processing techniques used by local producers.
